Experience in construction or a previous landscaping job
Demonstrates a thorough technical understanding of both landscaping and hardscaping practices, as well as irrigation and softscape design & installation
Background is in project management, horticulture, landscaping, or a related field that pertains to this type of work
Motivated by quality, determined to achieve results, and strives to pursue excellence in everyday work
Enjoys working with customers and places importance on supporting goals through unparalleled service
Passionate, honest, and ethical — gives the best possible effort to each project
Boasts a positive attitude and works collaboratively within a team setting
Places value on safe work practices, strives to increase skill levels, and adheres to job-specific training
Ability to communicate clearly to customers and gain trust by demonstrating care and respect
