We were literally born from water. Darin started this company building irrigation systems, then ponds, long before it became Paradise Outdoor Design. Waterfalls, pondless streams, and bubbling rock features are in our DNA.

Yes. On larger projects we create a rendering so you can see your finished space before any work begins. What you approve is what we build.
Every property and vision is different, so we don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing. After your visit and design phase, you’ll get a detailed proposal with clear line items — the number you see is the number you pay. Many clients also phase their project over two or three seasons to fit their budget.
Our schedule fills up seasonally, especially in spring and early summer. Even if your project is months away, reaching out early helps us plan together and reserve your spot.
It depends on scope. A focused patio or fire pit project might take a week or two. A full backyard transformation with water features, hardscaping, and plantings could take several weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline during the proposal phase and keep you updated throughout.
This is actually our specialty. Most of our projects are renovations and enhancements of existing yards, not blank-slate new builds. Darin’s approach is to look at what you already have and find ways to transform it rather than start from scratch.
